On this page I would like to publish stories by DSP's showing what we do day to day. Were you affected by the recent tornados? Were the people you support affected by the flooding? Whats your day like at work? What effect does the high turnover rate have on the job you do?
Use the contact us tab to send your story to us. I don't intend to edit these stories in any way so please be mindful of your language. If you want to remain anonymous let me know in the e-mail and I will not publish your name. Your contact information will not be posted unless you ask me to do that.
The IDSP may use these stories to inform policy makers of how DSP's affect peoples lives and why it is important we be paid a living wage to retain good people.
